RETURNS

Returns are accepted upon approval and acknowledgment of the following return criteria:​

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original clear plastic sleeve with the tag attached. 

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES, WE OFFER RETURNS. We recommend purchasing the product you want on our website before it sells out, and return the original item you are looking to replace.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and you will receive your return. ​

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or choosing a mailing option that includes insurance for the package. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions and Address/Product Errors

Some types of goods exempt from being returned: gift cards, stickers.

*If you receive the wrong size/item, notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement. Please provide your order number and the name associated with your order. *​

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be canceled and refunded with the shipping rate deducted from the refund.*

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. This includes discount codes.
